  Is strike the only weapon in Ghanaian workforce?Employees seems to have no or less skills in workplace management.The mid level personel should have some negotiation and conflict resolution skills.Employees can stop work for a couple of hours to protest,but a full strike is too militant. I personally think strikers should not be paid for the period of strike.We should learn to negotiate in good faith and every meeting documented rather than the verbal attacks in the media.

  What has this got to do with the government? I thought the SIC was listed on the stock market, and as such the government has no business telling it what to do.....unless the government of Ghana is still the largest sharehold ...

  We have on several occasions elaborated the evil agenda of the ewes and some northerners to destroy the very substance of the Akan. we go further as there still some fools who underestimate the severity and dire nature of this conspiracy. everyone was surprised when a so called pepeni christian chose mainly alajihs , were shocked by the trip to Turkey and the Lebanese or sekou's somersault of political parties. in every day life stories of children from mixed ethnic backgrounds denying and negating their Akan heritage in favor of the ewes or northerners eg fifi kwetey whose mother is fanti. this is a war against the Akans period and its time to stand up. below i have extracted from Wikipedia the translations of verses in the Qur'an and ideologies so you see where this comes from. the hypocrisy and the recommended camouflage when undermining the efforts and desires of the Akans .

  The advent of oil has brought curse on the country. No doubt, Ghana is destroying itself at the moment! Every one in work is striking for whatever reason! Ghana has become ungovernable and lawless, as warned earlier by the NPP, if it didn't get the mandate to rule her. The oil has unleashed a great envy between the two prominent parties of the land. Each one so eager to hold its hands on the oil revenue. Without the discovery of oil and its revenue, the NPP would not have petitioned the election results. The party has been aware that electoral malpractices and irregularities have existed in the electoral system for a long time - it had benefitted from it in the past, so had the NDC. The immediate past election was not exception. But the situation has changed now because of the oil and its revenue. It has arouse the appetite, hence the intractable actions of the two major parties on the land. They want the oil cash!
