Well I believe security issues has been dealt with in the feasibility studies of the project. Parks and recreation centres must be created for people to have fun. Are the gutters in Takoradi Market Circle covered? What a waste country?

  What is most facinating about this shopping mall to be contstructed at Tanokrom is that, the contructor constructing this mall is a Ghanaian company to sent a massage to Mahama that it not worthy to sideline Ghanaian contructors and give contruct to foreigners and if Ghanaians were given the chance they can much toe to toe with foreign contructors.What is more joy is that US$100million is going to inject into our own economy and not going to foreigners.What is most jubilating is that our construction technologist is going to live legacy in construction for generation to appreciate and future generation will come to know and took the knowledge of this contructor to improve upon their know-how.These owners of the mall has shown their patriotism than those who borrow money in the name of developing Ghana and stole the money to give back to those that they borrow the money from and loose the money those countries went they lost power.What stupidity is this.

  Everywhere you go Shopping mall. Factories will have to produce outside for this Malls. Why not partner to build Factories first?

  Although these projects are commendable we should be careful about the building of numerous shopping malls and shopping centers that will essentially be empty and simple create rental revenue for the owners. If the malls create jobs and real economic activity that is different. If these shopping center are being built, there should be government involvement in promoting these places as destinations.

  ITS A GOOD IDEA. EACH REGIONAL CAPITAL NEEDS A BIG MALL IN THE DOWNTOWN CORE OR OUTSIDE OF IT. TO CREATE DEVELOPMENT AND ENCOURAGE BUSINESS REVENUE.
