  You see that's why I'm particularly convinced this government should release funds to complete the national identification program started by the NPP. The country is seriously and overwhelmingly invaded by all sorts of people who for the most part flout our laws with impunity. The Ghana immigration should be blamed for this nonsense.

Do you think all those employees will be South African? Even in usa people can get investor visa's. Spend 1 million dollars or hire 100 american and you get visa to live in usa!
