  The Atuabo Gas Processing Plant has more questions to be answered.The project is said to be prefinanced by Sinopec,a Chinese Construction Company.The problem is Sinopec has believed that Ghana was going to receive $3 billion dollars loan facility from China where their money could be refund but the loan is not forthcoming,what is really going on?We must know the actual situation with the stakeholders,govt,sinopec and the loan.Has Sinopec put $700 million on the table to complete the job,has govt got the money to pay Sinopec or have we received a portion of the $3 billion dollars?Somebody must be able to throw light on the situation.Thank you.

  How does Ghana have 72% generating capacity? Lazy journalism there.Just say Ghana has a 72% electricity access rate or penetration.
