  This is a good opportunity for the businesses in Ghana and I fully supports it. However I strongly believe supervision must be good and the regulatory system must be spot on. The govt must be discipline so far as the finances are this good idea is undermined by govt policy. Eg Budget deficit, monetary policy that raids bank deposit..... Wish you well.

  First of all, these listed companies are not representative of our economy. Secondly, activity (volume) on the market is so low, I wonder how the brokers pay their analysts. These brokerage are likely borrowing heavily from the banks. Thirdly, disclosure from these companies are very terrible and unreliable. I don't understand why the authorities are rushing to establish this SME market.
