  In Ghana we do not think big like the one and only Dr. Kwame Nkrumah and that is why we are not developing. We shall remain primitive and underdeveloped if we continue to believe in these tiny and low standard grants or gifts. What is GHS 130,000 or around 70,000 Euro. What can these meager amount do for whole hospital in a big city like Accra. This amount cannot even put up a small decent school block in a village in France and Ghanaians are impressed about this scanty amount. We should not decive ourselves because 70,000 Euro cannot refurnish any ward to become a modern medical ward.It is time we departed from these 10,000 to 100,000 dollars projects and move into million dollar projects which will make impacts on our people and the country.
