  This IMF mentality. ..of poverty reduction smells like let's keep poverty but reduce it .linstead wealth increase. Or eradication of poverty programme, or name it something different.

  Tightening the IMF noose around Ghana's neck? "Yeh! We have not option." No it's not a question of options; we have plenty. It's a question of choice, and those entrusted with this responsibility either lack the ability to make better choices or are accomplices in IMF's strangulation of Ghana and don't deserve to act on behalf of Ghana.
