  I am glad you mentioned the scheme`s low registration rate or rather " take up rate" Equally important it is often very difficult to convey the specifics of pensions issues to employees regardless of educational background. This problem seems to be universal and it obviously adversely affects take up rates. One way out of this situation is to make pension contributions compulsory for all employees.This step however requires consideable political will to make it happen.
