  The foreign banks then lend them back their own money at high interest then throw in a swimming pool or stadium as sweetener. A million dollar pool for billion dollar oil and gold contract for 99 years. Nothing has changed from the days of beads shells and shiney things. A hospital or school is good but if you own your resources there is no limit to what you can do with your own money. Arabs own their oil and wealth whats wrong with Africans and why do they have to be beggars.
  
  Imagine a buyer coming to your house to buy your product and then buying your wife and children sweets. It should not happenthat is your duty. Demand good price and invest in your own people.
  
  African countries do not trust their own citizens to develop their own countries. They are always looking for foreign investors when their own people are entrereneurial enough to do the same thing and even better ond with the interest of the country in heart.

  With the type of leaders in charge we don't have far to go, even if the oil revenue doubles. Giving a dog two bars of soap does not differ from giving it one.
