Dont sell the goose to buy golden eggs. A share sale is effectively selling a piece of the company, future profits and the right to make your own decisions. Take a loan with interest and keep your future profits and control. Dont be stupid. Someone in high places must have got a back-hander to have made such decision that is so detrimental to future control. Never sell shares if you can take a loan. There is a director or directors that needs to be got rid of. A share holder holding 30% is too powerful when others only hold 2 or 5% to make up the other 70%. Keep your wealth native and think long term. Africans only think of today they dont think that in 10 years time growth will put that 30% at billions in value; money that will not be yours as you sold too early. Think Africa and smart up, its about time you stop selling your birthright.
