Why do you blame the Chinese company when the Ghanaian Government failed to pay them for the work they were doing.
I believe you expect that everything will be given as a gift - the way it happens all too often.
As usual, the joke will be on Ghana. The project will come with conditions that will be to the advantage of the Czechs. Same old story....
