They DON'T have to have ALL THE PERKS the colonial master was dishing out to ENTICE his citizens to ENGAGE FOR THE CROWN in the tropical Busch of Africa!!!

  Will anynody pay attention to this?. Ghana is rich enough to financially support the elderly. That will help improve their health
