  but should be private companies building spots to park dump trucks (tippers).. Its not gov. job to support them..But it gov job to help in people transport!

  Are these tipper truck drivers employed by the state or do they work for the state. Can't they buy a plot of land and use it as a station? What about those they drive the vehicles for and may we ask do they give their proceed ...
