  A Pineapple Cannery would put people to work.
  Once the world learns of Ghana Pineapples,Hawaii Pineapples will be second place.

  This is not how to resolve this problem. The Ghanian conterpart should find a USA trade partner who will provide all the necessary requirements to get the ghanian products to the usa. Remember that foodstuffs in the USA and then those ones coming from the carribean and italy for instance get treated in order to be preserved. That is to say the crops are harvested green and then some chemicals are used to force the tomatoes and pineapple to turn yellow in the future before they are used. So if you go to the grocery stores in the usa all the tomatoes is ripe yellow/red but they are as hard as were harvested green before they were harvested. The carribean pineapple for instance does not taste as good as a ghanian pineapple but people buy them. The ghanian pineapple in the US market will be a hot cake. I will not be suprised to see the USA millionares coming down to Ghana with combined harvesters to produce the pineapples themselves. I am telling you that a booming buisness is in the making so dont give up. To get the buisness started will be hard but your aim is to get them to get the taste,thats all. Good luck fellow ghanians.
