If any CEPS personnel thinks s(he)is not being paid well they should find other jobs. They are not compelled to work for CEPS or for that matter, any government agency.
Just do the shake up and stop the fear and panic situation ... do you know how the morale of officers will be affected ... how officers will make their 'last show' before such shake-up is implemented ... could this announceme ...
