  When a poor person steals he gets a sentence in less than no time; immigration officials, custom officials, and many so-called public officials are caught on cameras stealing and all you'll hear is "it is not in accordance with the law", what useless thieves we have as leaders.

  How can you boost revenue when there is so many court cases; election and judgement debts. Courts does not produce nothing, yet takes a lot of expenditure to manage.

  The government needs to pursue three strategies to improve it's financial situation. 1) Reduce their own costs. How can a company survive with 70+% of their operating budget being spent on salaries alone ! 2) Expand the tax base. Yes, this is not simple but the vast majority do not pay taxes. 3) Go after corrupt officials. You need to make examples of some people. There is a TON of money going through the hands of GRA, AMA, Custom officials, etc into their own pockets.
