  The concerns of PFAG are very critical and deserves the government attention. The ratio 1:3000 extension officers working would not be effective in meeting the demand of the farmers. Agriculture provide 70% labor force in Ghana and its an area that need more and pragmatic attention. College of Practical Agriculture (COPA) is in the making and would soon be outdoored to assist in alleviating some of your concerns that benefiting PFAG aand Ghana in general.
