  How can you effectively deepen entrepreneurship in the region when the requisite infrastructures,e.g., GOOD ROADS and regular water and electricity suppy are unavailable? I reserve my comments on the latter.

  Turn off from the main Tamale - Paga road, and what we have in the rest of the region do not deserve to be called roads. Get the roads properly fixed, and trade and other economic activities would boom!!!
