  Dr Nyarko,thanks for your advice but I think this responsibilty can be handled by the Ghana Navy.We have many commissions which are not achieving anything meaningful but rather draining our resources.Their Directors and staff enjoy free cars,free accommodation,free gasoline etc.Ghanaian Taxpayers are concerned about the ever growing mismanagement and duplication of functions in our system.

  I remember the president went to brazil and bought helicopters for official use, they are there being polished every day, this is the time to used them to curb crime, galamsy , robbers , sand winning etc, each region should have numbers to called incase of emergency,the helicopter fly up to observed all activities on air to arrest them at a time within twenty minute,as is been done in the u s a , thanks
