  This is no scientific and it is not good enough. All revenue due to the state must be collected, that is your task. there is something that you don't understand, Eg the Ghana Ports and harbours Authority demands a Tax clearance certificate and even from a newly formed company before clearing goods, how possible Mr commissioner?
