  I find it very hard to believe that up till today, chiefs and ministers spend time for a sod cutting for borehole drilling and construction of public places of convenience. At this time we should celebrate the construction of factories to process produce for export so That the communities will afford to drill their own boreholes. It is very disgraceful and and Ghanaian chiefs must stop. moneygram can do more to help because very business gives back.
