  To add on to Kwame Pianim suggestion, the govenment needs to set up a mechanism where she (government) will provide some kind of guaranttee to the bank for the loans extended to SME's. that mechanism should be managed by very compitent and professionals with banking and lending background to be able to make informed decision onbehalf of govenment. this is how the government can support the SME's to creat job in the country.
