How are these loans disbursed to the SME's. Some of these banks make it so difficult for these same SME's to access the loans with their complicated and outmoded requirements. In a nut shell, the loans are granted to cronies ...

How are these loans disbursed to the SME's. Some of these banks make it so difficult for these same SME's to access the loans with their complicated and outmoded requirements. In a nut shell, the loans are granted to cronies and hardly reach the very people these loans are for. For the loans to benefit the SME's, there should be a clear and open policy by the loan givers to enable companies access them.
