CANTONMENTS CAN BE A BIG MONEY EARNER AND EMPLOYMENT GENERATOR AS A COMMUNICATION CENTRE, FAX, SECRETARIAL, EMAIL ECT ECT BUT THEY HAVE ALLOWED THE ICT COMPANIES HAVE GRABBED ALL THESE AND NOW GOING FOR MICROINSURANCE. WHY NOT DO MONEY TRANSFERS WITHIN POST OFFICES IN GHANA. IT IS UNFORTUNATE THAT THE MANAGEMENT HAS NO VISION, SO THEY CAN RENT THE FACILITIES FOR ENTREPRENEURS TO RUN FOR THEM

  In March this year, I posted 4 different football(soccer) academy forms in one envelop to my son to be given to his friend who is a player and needed my help to get admission into any of those academies.
  Each form is embossed with the academy's
  Crest. My son himself in not a player but just to help his friend.
  Those forms has not been received by my son in Ghana after almost 3 months.
  My point is the mail thieves are still in your mist; Ghana post ! THIEVES FOREVER.
