  "Currently, total exports from Scotland are around £24 billion pounds, which is expected to shoot up by about half over the next four years.
  
  The above statement is heartbreaking to an open-minded person. It is really troubling to consider Ghana and Africa as dumping grounds where you will export your products, and also consider it as a place to extract natural resources on the cheap to feed your economy.
  
  So, a question I personally want to ask you is, how will the Ghanaian populace get money to buy your products if there are no jobs for your proposed customers to earn income to enable them buy your goods?
  
  I guess you people should re-think your strategy this time around. Japanese companies like Toyota and Honda have established manufacturing plants in USA to produce Toyota cars for the American market. So why don't you Europeans also establish factories in Africa to feed the African market but always exporting to Africa? This is really sad and unfair!

  I have heard more news about the oil exploration instead of the standard and quality lives of ordinary Ghanaians struggling daily and hoping the oil and gas production would impact their lives. It is about time now Ghanaians see and enjoy some of the oil and gas proceeds.
