Congrats Akuafo but Mr. Antoine BouDib should look at the welfare of the employees and not focuded only on cocoa production. Currently only few corrupt guys within Akuafo including Tony himself are benefitting from the company. The rest are suffering. The salary too is not competitive.

Tony should also behave well and talk to people with decorum instead of the arrogant and disrespecting attitude.

Lebanese are good at bribing authorities, Akuafo being non-exception.

Tony pay them well. Look at the house you built for yourself when you came here. Basma lead a simple life.
A word to the wise is enough!!!!!!

Kudos Akuafo! Try and extend scholarship employees' wards too to ease some of the burden off their shoulders.
