  This critical situation has been studied last year through a survey of 100 small oil palm farmers in Ashanti & Central Region BY University of Ghana Legon and University of Cape Coast. The findings confirm the main problem : the lack of access of good deedlings Tenera and the cheating of farmers by non certified nursery men!
  The second step of this study goes on actually in 2013!
