    Instead of thinking of creative ways to increase revenue, these lazy bastards only hope to tax Ghanaians to death. GHS371 can easily be raised by plugging all the leakages that exist currently in the system.

    If ghanaians will stop stealing state monies, embezzling funds and asking for unnecessary salary increases governments will not be forced to hike taxes to generate more revenue.

    There are a lot of loop wholes in our tax system. And some collection officials are corrupt. Just set a good payment mechanism. Beware of customs, AMA,Postal services,Boarder Post, Telecom Services, just mention a few.

    Do not widen the tax base to protect the vulnerable poor in democratic Ghana.
    Rather, look at the 2011 Auditors Report and retrieve missing revenue.
