  Just put better monitoring system to fight the corruption there and there will be enough money to pay workers good wages and save the non-wage budgets cos they are also necessary.

  Ghana should not follow IMF and world bank fisical policies. Their policies are strategies to recolonize third world countries. Our so called experts and economic advisors should study the effects of credit system of economics as compared to the imperialist monetary system of economics imposed on them by IMF and world bank. It's only the application of the credit system of economics that can save the world.
