  U.S. and her companies can only give you power that will make you depend on them every minute. As soon as they do not find favour with you they will cut off fuel supply. The U.S. was the warlord in the Democratic Republic of Congo for thirty and over years. Dr. Kwame Nkrumah wrote in his "Africa Must Unite" that the River Congo alone can electrify the whole of Africa. U.S. has not build a single hydro power station on the Congo because that will not enable them to remove the lifeline when they are not happy with Africa.

  ''Looting strategy''. Obama and his American government are disgrace. ''The only imperialist or colonialist I trust is a dead one'' (Kwame Nkrumah).I have never believed in fishing for someone but someone who teaches a anybody to fish for himself. It wouldn't take anyone who has not even opened a book before to figure out what his International Development Strategy is - to loot some of the rich but dummy countries proposed for the ''Power Africa Project''. Instead, this money could be used to train Black African technical men/engineers who would be able to invent/build/execute sustainable projects. ''Consciencism'' a book written by Kwame Nkrumah should be our reference point to refrain from neo-colonialism the last stage of imperialism. What an insult? Yes! To me it is an insult for Americans to invest in our resources in order to produce power for us. If having all these resources yet we cannot generate a megawatt of electricity to light a square-meter room, then there is still a multi-million question we have to mull about. But as I have always said '' We black people will never enjoy our resources neither use them for the betterment of the people until we become investors of our abundant inventions/discoveries''

Changing the mindset of Black Africans would be a big project we have to embark upon possibly decades as this should be inculcated into our educational curriculum and at homes as wellwith the support of the media. ''Nationalism'' forms the basis of development. My heart bleeds and always distraughted about the way we do things especially our leaders and wonder if there is no simple person among them that is equipped with morals and ethics.

  When are we as Ghanaians and Africans going to tap our immense resources to develop ourselves and our countries and stop licking the ar**s of the US, China etc. We will not get anywhere with these leeches.
