  This is good news and a step in the right direction and I commend those fighting to modernize our financial system. However, shouldn't this development be in tandem with growth in income levels? Are these "bridges to nowhere" ...

  This is good news and a step in the right direction and I commend those fighting to modernize our financial system. However, shouldn't this development be in tandem with growth in income levels? Are these "bridges to nowhere"? Are we going to see an under utilized infrastructure? this is really good for our guys in the big cities, but how about Kweku Nsia, Teye Kwei, Aba, and Moro Gurusi in the villages.
