The government must do what?Involve the people in tha award of the contract and how those to run the company were chosen.This is funny.What is the use of a government if it is not mandated by the people to do things on their behalf.All natural resources belong to the state and the government is the sole authority to determine what to do with it.

Sorry mate, you got it all mixed up. Should the people not be informed which company has been awarded the contract? What is the scope of the concession? What method of mining has been approved- bit system, open cast etc. Will my farm land be affected? Does this whole process have a human face or as usual the greedy hawks will take all, displace the rather tranquil rural environment for the poor people. Mate think outside your box sir!
