  age has nothing to do with it. new cars that have been in accidents are brought into ghana! A salvage title means the car cannot be drove till repaired and inspected by the state! Make sure all cars have working lites,brakes, ...

Make sure all cars have working lites,brakes, decent tires. And no bent frames or suspension that will cause the to drive crooked done road!

  Do not call yourself Atta Mills, you Ashanti man and listen, I no gree to your statement my friend, no gree at all. Just go straight to the point and do not beat around the bush. The new directive will definately mean that Asantefoc will have to weed farms and cultivate food as they are automatically disqualified from entering the streets. Those from Gyamae, Lendeon and Amelika should likewise stay far away from the street as they cannot read and write either hence have no business being on the road.
