  What a shame and misplacement of priorities. You all owe your positions to the customers.
  
  'The special guest of honour, Perpetua Darfoor, who is also the Board Chairperson of ECG, noted that despite the challenges ECG remains one of the best in Africa.' How did you come by this assertion? By Ghanaian standards, ECG is the worst run enterprise. To the Deputy Minister, how can you describe this mediocrity performance of ECG as 'sterling'?
  
  How can an enterprise whose work force comprise about 70% senior staff perform well? That means ECG has more Bosses than workers.
  
  I now understand the reasons for your dismal performance over the years.

  Is it okay for a one week conference duration? when lots of problems confronts ECG currently? still staff are enjoying 5 weeks conference in the US. Is it not waste of tax payers money in the face of numerous challen ges???
