  From what i gather, NPP, under the leadership lf Peter Osei Duah, turned SIC around and started making serious profits. The sticky hands of NDC has ruined this institution,too. I see

The man is singlehandedly responsible for the profit of GHS7 million generated by SIC's subsidiary (SIC Financial Services) when he was chairman of the company. The man worked selflessly for the company and must be commended and not condemned.

Ghana is bleeding so much that very soon it will haemorage into coma.
