Sustainability in human capital development through effective endogenous information, education and communication strategies that are indigenous people and culture inclusive is imperative to boosting Ghana's Green Economy programme/projects. The grassroots economic cum social space vis-a-vis relationship with the ecosystem are critical base asset for green economic growth. Therefore, boosting human capital at the grassroots level is vital towards boosting green economic growth and impact investment. Carry the local people along within the purview of their indigenous folk media for sustainable information, education and communication in promoting green economies. This can only be achieved effectively via Down-Up community engagement strategies rather than the conventional Top-Down approaches to programme implementation, which are observed to be inadequate in the development process.
