  I suggest to the Government to post the Agricultural college students to the various farming comm'ties as they do the teacher training and the nursing training college students rather than leaving them after their three years studies. I think they wil impact some knowledge to these farmers and the country productivity will grow from then.

  Even with the small number if well resourced could make some impact.The main problem is funding.From january to date no money released.
