Not only is the title very misleading - intentionally so, but the story barely even mentions Ghana. Sad state of Ghanaian news and journalism. Instead of reporting real news on real issues, they'll rather piece together anything they can think of, true or not, and parade it in front of us as news

Improving the Volta lake and making it accessible for the north-south transport especially from our ports to Burkina etc. We should seriously develop our service sector, mainly banking, insurance and ICT. Counting the number of millionaires and billionaires as a proxy for the economic development of a nation has become as widespread an idea as it is
inexplicable.

This article states that the number of millionaires in select cities will grow by a smaller proportion than the growth rate of the cities themselves. Likewise, if the increase in the number of millionaires is less than the increase in the wealth of the nation, then it only means that whatever wealth the nation had is being funneled into a clique.

What difference does it make, then, if the wealth of a nation increases to only to benefit a smaller numbers of hands?
