What is GNPC, the Ministry of Energy and the Government doing about the recently graduated Oil & Gas/Petroleum Engineers who are mostly unemployed and walking in the streets of Accra/Takoradi looking for work? Are they going to be considered after maturity of the Local Content Bill? Money should not be spent to train people only to turn out to be unemployed!
