  This wickedness of a corruption culture--where bogus management enters into lop-sided contracts just for the sake of kickbacks. Where is the oversight?

  It will be good for Ghana Post if the government re-owned the work and put in other works apart from their core postal business. Government should not help Ghana Post by given the Management any money to revamp the work because the board and the management are not trusted. The government should do everything by itself.

Why don't you sublet part of your big offices in Central Business Areas within the country to private business to generate revenue. The days of keeping big offices are gone.
