  We northerners must not blame anybody for our underdevelopment. We, and no one else, have messed up all initiatives aimed at bridging the gap (U want examples?). And SADA is the worst of them all - having been turned on its head and used to syphon public funds for only a few. We must be ashamed of ourselves.
  
  None of the SADA initiatives so far will address the poverty of the north. It is sad we northerners can't even realise that a large-scale guinea fowl project will rather ruin the small family holdings. Who will come to my village (Fumbisi) to buy guinea fowls if they can get bigger varieties at the large-scale farms? So if the SADA guinea fowl project succeeds the small rearer will suffer. And what is Bede Ziedeng excited about? I suppose more about the politics of it than the impact of what the NDC youth have done to the rural poor!
  
  It is sad that SADA is just beating about the bush.
  
  And what is more, our southern counterparts will feel entitled to insult us! Can we hold our chests out and fight back, having compromised ourselves?
