    So stop crying and look for a good lawyer. This is a normal labour dispute. It is a case for the courts.

    Yes, find a lawyer and you will be out of the door before the case goes to court. Be smart. Thank God you have a job. There is someone wishing to get your job and receive lower salary than you are now receiving.

    The idea that all companies must allow workers to unionize is the most stupid idea born out of communism. Job creaters must not be handicapped in how they run their business to be successful with obnoxious laws.

    It is not all about money and investment. Go to the mighty USa or Isreal, not anybody can invest in their country even if you are so rich and if they allow you, you must keep their laws.
