  This message needs to go to his corrupt MP colleagues in parliament, both NDC and NPP who consider their stomachs before thinking about their constituents that voted them to parliament in first place.
  He knows how corrupt they are, hence spill the beans so the general public would become sensitized. Its also more informative to let us know the short-comings of the bill.
