Ah ah, who is not telling the truth? The minister says effective date for the increment is September whilst the TUC boss says they would have to meet with government to negotiate a roadmap for the payment of base pay arrears from January to August.According to the minister it is not taking retrospective effect. Our economy is now left with bones.

What at all is wrong with this administration? This kind of insults will not be tolerated again. They can spend the whole four years without increment, who cares. After all we voted for them to educate their families abroad ...
