All these mentioned above are mere operators of their own commercial interests & services which doesn't fall under the cyber crime combat.

All that talk of opening up sounds good but it isn't happening for me and my friends in Ghana. I have shipped 8 packages as gifts to friends in Ghana in the last several months. The fees charged by Customs/Post Office are outrageous exceeding over 400% the value of the items.
For instance, I purchase a Webcam on Ebay for $8 with free shipping and pay $9 USPS shipping fee to Ghana. The Post Office is consistently charging $30 fees and sometimes $40 fees. An 8 year old used laptop gets fees over $100. We have also had damage and theft problems.
This is killing the Ghana economy and the poorer people of Ghana. I will ship no more items into Ghana and that hurts my friends in Ghana.

we were here when the whole Ghana was fraud. Look at the salaries our MP are taken whiles some Ghanaian are sleeping with empty stomachs. All what our leader know is ranking themselves as Dr, Honorable etc whiles they are not capable of generating anything for the country. They should know that know one would have engage him or herself into this cyber crime if our leader are able to create work for the youth. most of this guy are SHS and University leavers. This should have learnt them a lesson that there is no work for the youth. So they should rather think and stop those unproductive ideas. When they want to spend money they will just bring up anything that will help them deep their hands into our money and all these are type of fraud.
