Simon is doing a good job at GCB. The wind of change blowing through the finance Industry requires someone like Simon to steer the affairs of GCB. It is not in the interest of the unionised staff to strike but I expect UNICOF ...

Simon is doing a good job at GCB. The wind of change blowing through the finance Industry requires someone like Simon to steer the affairs of GCB. It is not in the interest of the unionised staff to strike but I expect UNICOF to impress upon the worker that training to equip them with marketable skills is the way forward. We are in the marketplace, GCB workers wake, the union leadership is using the numbers to further their polical ambitions. The responsibility is on you as invidual, Get some training.
