  is about time government take contractors serious, mojority of them are planning to sue government for over delayed payment which has brought unbearable hardship to them.

  Is it a deliberate ploy to destroy the contractors' businesses to bring in foreigners, in order to get kickbacks from them?
  
  I just don't get it! I would suggest you go to court now but, please mobilize all affected parties in the building industry, to confront them. This is very serious.
  
  An employer who doesn't pay its workers doesn't have to be in business. PERIOD!
