The government should step in,and force the METAL WORKS FACTORIES,to purchase the SCRAP from the SCRAP DEALERS on current world price value or at least,(a better price),if they have banned the exportation of SCRAP METALS in GHANA.
However, the BAN SHOULD STILL BE SUSTAINED.
The ban helps GHANA from importing SCRAP METALS,therefore,a win-win situation for GHANA.
But that does not give the METAL(STEEL) WORKS "FACTORIES" THE OPPORTUNITY TO EXPLOIT THE SCRAP METAL DEALERS IN GHANA.
THAT IS WHY,THE GOVERNMENT HAS TO STEP IN,TO BE THE BRIDGE/CATALYST/ARBITER IN SOLVING THIS PROBLEM.

when i go to a scrap dealer in usa and feel they have taken advantage, i don't go there again..They are at least 3 dealers in 5 miles so i go to one that pays the best
