  I wonder how many homes could be fitted with solar systems for $170,000,000... Would this be better as they don't have to buy oil to run the system after it has been installed...

  It is sickening. ECG does not need to have increase in rate to expand. What they need is good management. Can you imagine saying that Landlords want increase in rents so they can build more house? Or drivers saying that they ...

  It is sickening. ECG does not need to have increase in rate to expand. What they need is good management. Can you imagine saying that Landlords want increase in rents so they can build more house? Or drivers saying that they need passengers to pay higher fare so they can buy more cars?
  ECG needs to manage its financial more prudently than simply asking for increase rates paid by the poverty soaked Ghanaian.
