  If this is the best practice then let's practice it. Because this will give some flexibility to the whole system of tax paying and administration in Ghana.
  Truly, it is wrong for some one to sit in an office somewhere and determin how mush tax a business should pay when they do not know the performance of the Business at a particular period.
  I pray nobody take advantage of the new system to cheat the state.

  What are the results of the pilot? What are the problems identified in the implementation across the whole country?
  Those countries practices this system have well organised addressing system where potential tax evaders can easily be identified and monitored or chased.
  Can't the GRA fund this perennial address system as it stands to gain more than any institution in Ghana.
